Monochrome Wines - Kick off your adventure with a few stops in Tin City, the industrial hub of Paso. Prime your palate with Monochrome Wines, where they devote all of their attention and passion exclusively to white wines. With the goal of crafting complex and memorable whites, you won’t want to miss this stop. Tastings are by appointment, so plan ahead!
Kaleidos - Ready for red? Known for their critically acclaimed selection of Rhône wines and blends, Kaleidos is the passion project of Winemaker Steve Martell. Inspired by the lights and colors of kaleidoscopes, Kaleidos wine combines the elements of the soil and sunlight to develop their distinctive fruit characteristics in bright color-filled combinations that will dance across your tongue.
ONX Wine - Round out your Tin City tastings with a stop at ONX Wines. They focus on their farming practices to train the vines into producing the best possible fruit for wine production. You can taste the hard work and dedication in the glass!

Donati Family Vineyard – This winery is all about family, from how they were introduced to wine to creating and sharing wines in Paso. The beautiful tasting room will make you feel like you are sitting down to dinner with the Donati’s themselves.
Jack Creek Cellars – This family owned and operated vineyard focuses on quality and close personal attention when it comes to their vineyards, wines, and visitors! This boutique winery is small, but mighty and are a must-see during your time in Paso!
Lusso Della Terra – The Hens and antiques go together like wine and cheese!
