Happy spring, hens! We know some of you veteran Junkers have been around the block a few times when it comes to antique shows, or maybe you have never been to an antique show before! Let us tell you why our Antiques and Old Stuff Show is a unique experience you do not want to miss! Our show has been praised as one of the nation’s top antique shows in Flea Market Style, Flea Market Décor, and Romantic Homes. Not to toot our own horns, but we think our shows are pretty fun, too!
Our visitors have an array of food and drinks to choose from at our shows. Our Coop Café is a perfect stop for coffee and breakfast, as well as salads and wraps to stay fueled during a treasure hunt. Our show falls on Cinco de Mayo this year, so be sure to treat yourself with some Mexican food from a variety of different vendors. In true Paso Robles fashion, there are multiple beverage stations that serve wine, sangrias, mimosas, Bloody Mary's, and much more all day long!
We love adding extra features to make our show a special experience. Early Bird tickets let eager shoppers beat the crowds to get a first look at what our vendors have to offer. Andy Morris from KVEC hosts a raffle every hour to win gift cards to your favorite dealers. One of the best features we have to offer is the Pickins’ Area, which is a bit like a coat check for large items bought during the show. We are happy to provide this as a complimentary perk that is unique to our Antiques and Old Stuff Show.
Do not be afraid to invite non-Junkers along—we have plenty for them to do! There is a large seating area for them to relax and enjoy the food and drinks. Social media addicts will love our Selfie Station, which is perfect for quirky Instagram photos. The Hen-Pecked Husband's tent has boardgames and corn hole for those who do not partake in "man-tiquing." The exciting DIY and trendy booths will have every vintage newbie oohing and ahhing!
Philanthropists will be glad to know we donate to local charity Jack’s Helping Hand every year. The Ready Family founded Jack’s Helping Hand in 2004 to help families of children with disabilities meet the physical, mental, and medical needs of their children. We proudly support Jack’s Helping Hand, and encourage our visitors to learn more about the work they do for SLO county.
Our incredible dealers are, without a doubt, one of the most significant reasons our show is so enjoyable. Wonderful people come from all over the country to sell their goods at our Antiques and Old Stuff Shows. Our dealers work diligently to procure beautiful, genuine antiques for our shows. Our vendors always restock between days at each show, which works well with our decision to allow entry all weekend for one ticket!
Our 2019 Spring Antiques and Old Stuff Show is May 4 and 5. Tickets are on sale now, and we cannot wait to see you there! Remember to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for regular updates on our upcoming shows!
This show has amazing roots! Susi and Kathi did a wonderful job creating this one of a kind event!
