Area ActivitiesWe live in an ideal place for an antique show. Templeton is a small, quiet town with a strong Community spirit and a vision to preserve its colorful past. If feedlots, grain mills, cattle, barns and farms sound like something out of a movie, you need to visit! Weekends are often filled with specialty wine events, art shows, farmer's markets, and livestock auctions.
Our “big sister” town of Paso Robles, just five miles north of Templeton, is a Mecca for wine enthusiasts, gourmets and cowboys! Wineries, a microbrewery, fabulous restaurants, 1800’s architecture and antique stores add to this small town earning it the 2004 Great Amercian Mainstreet Award!
If it’s the waves you crave, head about 20 minutes west to the quintessential beach towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay! Surfing, sunbathing, seafood and more antique shops color their streets. The nearby village of Cambria is a shopper’s paradise with beautiful shops filled with art, clothing, and specialty items and of course, antiques!
